ANIKELA is expanding its team and currently hiring for multiple roles based in Lagos. These roles are ideal for individuals who want hands-on experience in fashion media, content creation, and creative operations.

Open Positions at ANIKELA

1. Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Support social media and operations teams

• Assist with content creation, video shoots, and interviews

• Conduct research on trends, designers, and fashion culture

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative projects

• Provide general support across the brand

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong interest in fashion, media, or creative industries
  • Comfortable being on camera or assisting with interviews
  • Basic knowledge of social media and content tools like Canva and CapCut
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work hands-on
  • Based in Lagos and available for physical events

2. Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage content across Instagram and TikTok

• Create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, BTS, interviews)

• Conduct street-style interviews, designer features, and event coverage

• Plan, shoot, edit, and post content using CapCut and Canva

• Develop social media strategies aligned with the brand’s voice and campaigns

• Track performance and optimize content for growth

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong understanding of fashion media, trends, and digital storytelling
  • Proven experience creating and editing video content
  • Skilled in CapCut, Canva, and mobile content creation
  • Confident on camera and comfortable interviewing people
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

3. Creative Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars and meetings for the creative team

• Support planning and execution of campaigns, editorials, and events

• Assist with content creation, shoots, and creative projects

• Coordinate logistics, timelines, and deliverables across projects

• Prepare and organize documents, briefs, and creative materials

• Act as a trusted support to leadership and creative leads

• Conduct research on fashion trends, creatives, and culture

  • Strong passion for fashion, media, and creative industries
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
