Role Overview
This is a big, client-facing role that combines content creation, strategy, communication, and account management.
You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and managing social content while collaborating closely with clients and helping brands grow online.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Edit engaging Reels (Instagram & TikTok)
- Create scroll-stopping short-form video content
- Understand trends, pacing, and what performs well
- Develop content that connects and converts
- Think creatively across different industries
Communication
• Communicate confidently with clients
• Handle feedback professionally
• Lead conversations clearly and kindly
• Build trust and long-term client relationships
Admin & Management
- Schedule and manage content calendars
- Manage social media accounts
- Organise Google Drive systems
- Track approvals and deadlines
- Stay detail-oriented and reliable
